CoolBox Central Cooling Unit is a central cooling station that gathers chiller, pump, buffer tank, and control equipment in a single cabinet. Factory assembly and testing enable fast on-site commissioning; it is preferred for data centers and large commercial projects.
Quality-controlled factory assembly offers short site time and lower labor risk. Single-source supply and warranty management are easier. Standard modules can be expanded according to project needs.
It is used in data centers, hospital and hotel complexes, shopping centers, and industrial process cooling.
Total cooling load, diversity factor, number of chillers, and redundancy strategy are taken into account. The Tanpera project team recommends the Coolbox configuration at the hydraulic schematic stage.
The unit is tested at the factory and commissioned shortly after site connections are completed. The Tanpera technical team provides training and initial operating support.
The manufacturer maintenance program for the chiller, pump, and control panel should be followed. Annual general inspection and filter/sump cleaning are recommended.
