Description
What is the LUMA Automatic Water Filling System ?
The LUMA Series Automatic Water Supply System continuously controls the installation pressure with special sensors and transfers the required amount of water to the system via a solenoid valve when a pressure drop is detected.
One of the main advantages of the system is the precise prevention of water from heating and cooling systems from mixing with mains water. For this purpose, a BA type backflow prevention valve certified to EN 12729 is used.
Developed by TANPERA R&D Center, the automation panel can be integrated into building automation systems with RS485 protocols (MODBUS) and offers remote traceability. It also has advanced control mechanisms such as dry contact signal outputs and leak detection via flow meter.

Working Principle
The Automatic Water Supply System works with a mechanism that automatically balances the water level by continuously monitoring the installation pressure. When special pressure sensors detect a pressure drop in the system, they open the solenoid valve to transfer the required amount of water to the installation. Thanks to the EN 12729 certified BA type backflow prevention valve, mains water is prevented from mixing with installation water and a hygienic supply is ensured. The automation panel can be integrated into building management systems via RS485 (MODBUS) protocol and contributes to water saving with an early warning system by detecting water leaks via the flow meter.
