TANPERA Cleanbox… Series Under Building Heat Stations are modular package systems that enable the preparation of heating and domestic hot water in buildings by using the energy of high temperature heating water coming from the main distribution line in large campuses, campuses and facilities in district heating systems.

TANPERA Cleanbox.. Series Under Building Heat Station offers a specially developed solution for under building heat stations used in district heating systems. It is a modular package system designed to transfer hot water from the main distribution line to the indoor heating line and domestic hot water line.

Highlights:

  • Smart Heat Management: With the heat curve feature, it automatically adjusts consumption temperatures depending on the outside air temperature.
  • Software and Automation: It can be connected to the building automation center via RS485 (MODBUS) and RS232 (MBUS) protocols. It provides flexibility of use thanks to three different operating modes and programmable operating times.
  • High Safety: With special electric actuated, pressure independent balancing valves, fast protection mechanism is activated in case of power failure or malfunction. Provides effective safety against high temperature and pressure.
  • Precise Measurement: Measures consumption values precisely with MID certified calorimeters and water meters.
